The Border Highway Connector would be a new roadway alignment extending between the existing NM 136 (Pete V. Domenici Blvd) corridor to the existing NM 273 (McNutt Rd). The study is looking at potential corridor alternatives to improve the connection between the Santa Teresa Port of Entry on NM 136 to the City of Sunland Park and beyond to regional destinations.
